Members

Invite people to your organization and control what they can do.

An organization can be just you, or it can be a whole team. The Members page is where you invite people, see who's in, and decide what each person is allowed to do. Open it from the Members item in your organization menu.

Inviting someone

Click Invite member, enter their email, and pick a role. They get an invite link and join your organization once they accept. Until then, their row shows as Pending — you can re-send or cancel the invite from there.

Roles

A role decides what a person can see and change. Set it when you invite someone and change it any time from the dropdown next to their name. There are three:

  • Owner — full control, including billing, plan changes, and managing members. An organization always keeps at least one owner, so the last owner can't be removed or demoted.
  • Admin — can manage the organization day to day: invite and remove members, change roles, and handle billing. The natural role for someone you trust to run things alongside you.
  • Member — can build, deploy, and operate projects, but can't manage members or billing.

Pick the lowest role that lets someone do their job — you can always raise it later. When you invite someone, you can make them an admin or a member; ownership is granted by promoting an existing member.

Managing members and billing is limited to owners and admins. Inviting a teammate as a member to build with you doesn't hand them the keys to your plan or your card.

Removing a member

Remove anyone from their row. They lose access immediately. Their past activity stays in the Audit log so you always have a record of who did what.

Switching organizations

You can belong to more than one organization — your own, and any you've been invited to. Switch between them from the organization menu at the top of the console, or open All organizations from that menu to see every one you belong to on a single page, with your role, plan, and project count on each. Click one to switch into it. Each organization has its own projects, plan, and members, kept completely separate.

Where to go next

  • Billing — your plan and balance (owner-only).
  • Audit — the record of who changed what, across the team.
  • Core concepts — how organizations, projects, and stages fit together.
