Billing

Billing is where you see your plan, your balance, and exactly what you've spent — with no surprises. Open it from the Billing item in your organization menu. Everything that costs money lives on this one page, in plain numbers you can read at a glance.

Your plan

The plan card at the top shows which plan you're on. Signing up puts free credit in your account, so you can watch what your app actually costs before you ever pay. Upgrading or downgrading is a click — pick a new plan and the change takes effect right away. See Upgrading your plan below.

Usage credits and balance

Pikku Studio Cloud only charges you for what your app actually uses, and you always pay from a balance you can see.

• Plan credit comes with Indie and Business and refreshes each billing cycle. Your app spends this first.
• Top-up credit is credit you've added yourself, including your sign-up credit. It's only drawn down once plan credit runs out, and it's always yours — it never expires and it stays with you even if you cancel.

You can top up your credit any time, and turn on auto top-up so your app never stops running because a balance hit zero. Auto top-up lets you set the amount and the level it kicks in at.

You're never charged for more than you use, and credit you've added is never taken away — not on a downgrade, not on a cancellation.

Payment method

The Payment panel shows the card on file. Add or change it here; you only need a card once you've used up your sign-up credit and any plan credit.

Invoices and history

Every charge produces an invoice you can open or download for your records. The balance history below it is a running log of every credit, top-up, and deduction — so you can always reconcile a charge against the usage that caused it.

Changing plans

• Upgrade to unlock higher included credits and more capacity — it takes effect immediately.
• Downgrade any time. You keep your topped-up balance.
• Cancel whenever you want. Your live app keeps running off your remaining balance, and your data and code stay yours.
