Guided meditation you can talk to
A meditation written while you listen to it, one sentence ahead of where you are.
Somebody arrives wanting to feel different than they do now. They say so in their own words, choose how long they have and whose voice they want, and a meditation is written and spoken for them as they listen. A session is a live agent run, not a recording: the listener can speak at any point and it changes what comes next.

The live session
Somebody asks for a meditation and hears it being written, sentence by sentence, with each sentence voiced as it arrives.

Barge-in
The listener speaks mid-sentence and the meditation responds like a conversation. The agent, not the client, decides whether it changes anything.

Journals in conversation
A recording answers the meditation’s question, and the meditation hears it.

Ambient signals
A paired sensor tells the meditation how the listener is doing, without interrupting.

Hearing a past session again, silences and all, with the journals where they happened.
