Who we are
This website, Pikku Studio and Pikku Studio Cloud are operated by Vlandor LTD. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vlandor LTD.
Pikku Studio on your computer
Pikku Studio is an app you run on your own computer, and it works with your files there. They leave your computer only when you send them somewhere: a request to the AI provider you set up, or a deploy to Pikku Studio Cloud or to your own servers. An AI provider handles what you send it under its own privacy terms, not ours.
Pikku Studio Cloud
If you sign up for Pikku Studio Cloud, we process the account details you give us, such as your name and email address, the apps you deploy and the data they hold, and records of usage that your credits are charged against. Payments are handled by Stripe. We process your apps and their data to run them for you, and for nothing else.
Messages you send us
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we use what you send to reply to you.
Analytics
We measure how people use this website with our own analytics, which run on our own servers and are not sent to any third party. We record page views and a few button clicks (download, copy prompt and build), together with the page path without any query string, the page you came from on your first view, campaign tags in the link (utm source, medium and campaign), the site language, and a rough device type, browser and operating system worked out on our server from your browser details. To count visitors without cookies, our server makes a short anonymous identifier from your IP address, browser details and this site, using a one-way keyed hash with a secret only our server holds. It changes periodically (monthly by default), and a second identifier of the same kind changes every hour to count visits. We do not store your IP address or your browser’s user-agent string, we do not count bots, and the analytics do nothing if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
When you have an account
When you are signed in to Pikku Studio, we measure how you use it, such as the screens you visit and the features you use, so we can fix what is confusing and build what is missing. This is tied to your account. We use it only to run and improve Pikku Studio, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it. Our basis is our legitimate interest in improving the product. When you create an account, we attach the pages you viewed on this website before signing up to your account, to learn which pages helped you decide, and we delete the anonymous record of those views. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected for visitors without an account; once you are signed in, you can object at any time by turning off product analytics in your account settings or by writing to us, and we will stop and, if you ask, delete what we hold.
Cookies and storage
Our analytics do not use cookies and store nothing on your device. We do not use cookies for advertising or to track you across other websites. The site remembers the language you chose in your browser’s local storage, and uses it only for that.
